1. Executive (Researcher)
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs 40,000 to 45,000 (As per relevant years of experience)
Age Limit: The age limit for applying is 35 years
Place of Posting: Guwahati
Eligibility Criteria: Looking for a passionate young persons who have the urge to work for rural disadvantaged communities to bring meaningful changes in their lives, with Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics having at least 50 % marks (45% for SC/ST) in last qualifying exam. Women and individuals from LGBTQ+ community are encouraged to apply:
• At least 2 years of proven experience in research-related work, with a focus on data analysis, report writing, and conducting field studies.
• Have strong understanding and practice of Research Methods and Methodologies. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to process complex information.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment.
• Extensive travel and a strong willingness to work in rural, interdisciplinary, and multicultural environments.
• Interest in development work and a passion for community engagement.
