1. Faculty Member
No of posts: 15
Pay: Rs 25000 to Rs 30000, on the basis of qualification and experience.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Political Science, Economics, Sociology,
Philosophy, Mass Communication, Master of Social Works from a recognized
University with working experience in Training and Research etc.
Age: 38 years
2. Manager cum Consultant for State Programme Management Unit : SPMU( e-panchayati raj):
(i) Manager cum Consultant (Finance and Accounts)
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs 35000 to Rs 40000, on the basis of qualification and experience.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in MBA (Finance) or M.Com( Financial Management)
from a recognized University with adequate knowledge and experience in
finance and accountancy.
Age: 38 years
(ii) Manager cum Consultant (GIS)
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs 35000 to Rs 40000, on the basis of qualification and experience.
Educational Qualification: Candidate with B.Tech (IT/CSE)/ MCA from a recognized university with experience in GIS technology.
Age: 38 years
(iii) Manager cum consultant (MIS & ME)
No of posts: 2
Pay: Rs 35000 to Rs 40000, on the basis of qualification and experience.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Economics or MCA from a recognized University
with diploma in computer application from a recognized institute with
working experience in IT sector.
Age: 38 years
(iv) Additional District Programme manger
No of posts: 3
Pay: Rs 20000 to Rs 25000, .
Educational Qualification: Candidate should be an M.Sc(IT)/B.Tec(IT)/MCA from a recognized
University with adequate knowledge and experience in IT sector and
e-governance.

3. State Programme Management Unit (SPMU):
(i) State Accounts Manager
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs 35000 to Rs 40000 .
Educational Qualification: Candidate should be an MBA (Finance) from a recognized University with
adequate knowledge and experience in management of financial matters of
the Organization. Candidate should have adequate knowledge in use of
softwares and other state specific accounting applications for local
bodies.

(ii) Social Development Manager
No of posts: 1
Pay: Rs 25000 to Rs 30000 .
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Political Science, Sociology, Master of Social
Works from a recognized University with working experience in the field
of social mobilization, participatory development etc.
