Applications in relevant Standard Form are invited from eligible candidates, to fill up the following vacant posts in the establishment of the Principal Judge, Family Court No. II, Kamrup (M), Guwahati, in the scale of pay mentioned against the posts :
1. UDA
No of posts : 1
Pay : Rs. 14,000 – 49,000/- + G.P. 7,400/-
Educational Qualification: Applicant should have rendered not less than 5 years of continuous service as on 01.01.2018 as L.D.A. in the establishment, where the Assam District & Sessions Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules 1987, is applicable.
2. Nazir

Pay : Rs. 14,000 – 49,000/- + G.P. 7,400/-
Educational Qualification: Applicant should have rendered not less than 5 years of continuous service as on 01.01.2018 as L.D.A. in the establishment, where the Assam District & Sessions Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules 1987, is applicable.
3. Record Keeper

Educational Qualification: Applicant should have rendered not less than 5 years of continuous service as on 01.01,2018 as L.D.A. in the establishment, where the Assam District & Sessions Judges Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules 1987, is applicable.
4. Process Server
No of posts : 1
Pay : Rs. 14,000 – 49,000/- + G.P. 5,000/-
Educational Qualification: Applicant must have minimum Educational Qualification of Class VIII passed from a recognized school.
OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (for the post of Process Server) : The candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 44 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/Differently abled will be applicable as per Govt. norms.
How to apply: Applicants who are already in Govt. Service will have to apply through proper channel along with the copy of the respective Service Book and NOC from his/her employer.
Separate applications should be submitted for separate posts. The applicant will have to submit self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials of educational Educational Qualification, experience, caste, age proof, etc., along with the application.
The applicant will have to submit 3 (three) recent passport size photographs and one self-addressed envelope with postal stamp of Rs. 6/- along with the application. Applicant must indicate prominently the name of post applied for on the top of the envelope containing the application.
