1. Associate Professor (General)
No of posts: 1
Pay Scale: (37400-67000+AGP 9000/-)
Disciplines: Economics/ Political Science/ Sociology/ Geography.
Educational Qualification: Required qualifications as prescribed by UGC and having:-
a) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed) in any of the disciplines as mentioned above from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
b) Good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in any of the disciplines as mentioned above.
c) A minimum of eight years of experience of research and /or teaching in an academic/research position as an Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/organization with a minimum of eight publications as books and/or research/policy papers. Candidates must enclose detailed CV and necessary testimonials along with publications.
2. Assistant Professor (General)
No of posts: 1
Pay Scale: (15600-39100 +AGP 6000/-)
Discipline: Economics
Educational Qualification: Required qualifications as prescribed by UGC and having:-
a) A Master’s degree with 55% marks in Economics (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
b) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET.
Candidates with Ph. D or proven research experience and quality publications will be preferred. The candidates must enclose detailed CV and necessary testimonials along with at least one publication as book / research/ policy paper.
3. Assistant Professor (General)

Pay: (₹70,000/- Consolidated per month)
Discipline: Sociology.
Educational Qualification: Required qualifications as prescribed by UGC and having:-
a) A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in Sociology from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
b) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET.

Pay Scale: (9300-34800 plus GP 4200)
Educational Qualification: A Master's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from recognized University/Deemed University with minimum of 55% marks.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Library under Central /State Government / Autonomous or Statutory organization /University or Recognized Research or Educational Institution including working experience of SOUL or similar Library Software.
Age Limit: The candidate must not be more than 35 years of age.
