India's technical education watchdog, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) has released a list of 41 open access resources for the students to make use of during the lockdown period due to Covid-19 outbreak.
AICTE says, "As part of social distancing and staying in the confines of our homes or hostels, we may utilise time productively by engaging with Open Access Resources for broadening the horizon of learning."

The open access resources released by the AICTE include content providers from India and abroad.
The list includes National Digital Library, SWAYAM Online Courses, National Knowledge Network, National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning, AidData, Project Euclid, Talks to Teacher, A-VIEW, Virtual Labs, NCERT Text Books, Directory of Open Access Books and AGRIS.
All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has already launched an unique online portal called ELIS for students free of cost till May 15. This ELIS portal at present offers 26 various courses provided by 18 edu-tech companies. These courses cover subjects like java programming, digital marketing, CAD, machine learning, data analytics, Big Data, python and many more.
