The Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India issued fresh guidelines under its Unlock 3.0 plans to relax the lockdown restrictions in areas outside containment zones amid the novel coronavirus outbreak.
The guidelines will come into effect from 1 August, 2020.
As per Unlock 3.0, Govt has removed restrictions on the movement of individuals during night while allowing yoga institutes and gymnasiums to open from August 5. However, strict enforcement of lockdown in containment zones have been extended till August 31.
Moreover, there shall be no restriction on inter-state and intra-state movement of persons and goods. No separate permission, approval or e-permit will be required for such movements.
It has also has been decided that schools, colleges and coaching institutions will remain closed till August 31. Besides, metro rail, cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres, bars, auditoriums, assembly halls shall remain closed.
