1. Under Graduate Teacher (UGT) - [for class I-V]
No of posts: 1725 [UR: 819, SC: 268, ST: 531, PH: 70 & ESM: 37]
Educational Qualification:
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year diploma in education up to academic sessions 2004-05) by whatever name known).
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (or one year diploma in education up to academic session 2004-05).
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% mark and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Or,
Graduate and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year diploma in education up to academic session 2004-05) (by whatever name known).
Or,
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).

Educational Qualification:
Graduation and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) (by whatsoever name known).
Or,
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).
Or,
Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El.Ed.)

(a) Graduate/ Post Graduate from recognized University with at least 50% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.
Or,
(b) Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized University with at least 45% marks in either Graduation or Post Graduation (or its equivalent) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution {in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Form of application for recognition, the time limit of submission of application, determination of norms and standards for recognition of teacher education programmes and permission to start new course or training) Regulations, 2002 notified on 13.11.2002 and National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 notified on 10.12.2007}.
Or,
(c) 4 years degree of BAEd./B.Sc.Ed. from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.

Eligibility Criteria of TRB Tripura Teacher Recruitment
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Nationals having permanent residence in Tripura .
Age Limit For TRB Tripura Teacher Recruitment 2020:
Up to 40 years as on 27.11.2020. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/PH and Government Servant provided that government employees belonging to SC/ST/PH category shall not get relaxation over and above general relaxation of 5 years available to them. Upper age limit is also relaxable for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) as per norms.
Pay Scale of TRB Tripura Teacher Recruitment
A) Under-Graduate Teacher (for Class I-V): Rs. 16,050/- (Revised) fixed per month being 75% of the basic pay as per Level-7 of Tripura State Pay Matrix 2018.
B) Graduate Teacher(for Class VI-VIII): Rs. 20,475/- (Revised) fixed per month being 75% of basic pay as per Level-9 of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018.
C) Graduate Teacher (For Class IX-X): Rs. 20,475/-(Revised) fixed per month being 75% of basic pay (Level-9) of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018.
D) Post Graduate Teacher (For class XI-XII): Rs. 26,015/-(Revised) fixed per month being 75 % of basic pay (Level-10) of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018.

- The test fees for UR category applicant is Rs.300/- and for reserved category (SC/ST/PH) applicant is Rs.200/-.
