Nationality:
(i) Candidates must be a permanent resident of Assam. As a domicile proof of the candidate, one of the documents viz., PRC/ Voter ID card need to be enclosed along with the application.
(ii) Hes She must have registered his/her name in any Employment Exchange of Assam and should have a valid Employment Exchange card.
Age: Candidate should not be more than 40 years and Jess than 18 years of age as on 1st January, 2020 (Candidate must be born an or before 01.01.2002 and on or after 01-01-1980).
Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as under:
i) 05 (five) years in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) & ST (H).
ii) 03 (three) years in case of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC.
iii) 2 years for Ex-servicemen candidates.
iv) 10 years for PwD candidates.
Educational Qualification:
LDA (HQ Level):
+ The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University ar any examination declared equivalent by the Government.
+ Moreover, the candidate must possess minimum 6 (six) months computer certificate with skills for handling data and text along with English and Assamese typing on computer.
LDA (District Level):
+ The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or any examination declared equivalent by the Government.
+ Moreover, the candidate must possess minimum 6 (six) months computer certificate with skills for handling data and text along with English and Assamese typing on computer.
Foreman: The candidate must have passed HS or equivalent examination in any discipline from any recognized Board/ Council etc.
Planning Assistant:
+ The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University ar any examination declared equivalent by the Government.
+ Moreover, the candidate must possess minimum 6 (six) months computer certificate with skills for handling data and text along with English and Assamese typing on. computer.
Draftsman:
+ The candidate must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination from any recognized Board/ Council etc.
+ The candidate should also have 1 (one) year valid certificate in draftsmanship in survey from Govt. recognized institute
Driver: The candidate must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination from any recognized Board/ Council etc. with a valid Driving License.
Monument Attendant: Minimum Class VIII passed.
Peon: Minimum Class VIII passed.
Chowkidar: Minimum Class VIII passed.
Handyman: Minimum Class VIII passed.
+ Those candidates whose applications are found to be in order will be called for a Written Test to be held at the place and date to be notified in due course.
+ Those candidates who qualify in the Written Test will be further called for Computer Practical Test, wherever applicable and documents verification as the case may be on dates to be notified latter on and they will have to appear in such tests at their awn expenses.
+ The candidates should submit their application in the Assam Standard Form only.
+ Required Testimonials to be attached with the application and to be self attested: Applicants should submit their applications along with photocopies of all testimonials duly self attested regarding qualifications, age, caste certificate (in case of reserved category), employment exchange registration card etc.
+ Two copies of recent passport size photograph of the candidate duly self attested Is to be submitted.
+ One self addressed envelope of 10'X4.5' affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- must be enclosed with the application.
+ No application fees need to be submitted.
