Job Role:
# Experience in International and Domestic end to end ticketing. Knowledge of GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre etc.
# Should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance , re issuance , cancellation, refunds.
# Customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues.
# Need to have experience in working under pressure.
# Must have experience in airline group portals.
# Should have a proven ability of 100% accuracy.
