First class Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics/ Electronics Communication & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Power/ Telecommunication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Information & Communication/ Communication Optics & Optoelectronics or any other First Class Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology dealing with networks or information security technologies from a recognised University or Institute;
and
Knowledge of Computer Application.

First class Master's degree of Science in Mathematics from a recognised University or Institute;
