# Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients from a provided list or database. These calls are aimed at generating leads, sales, or appointments and to handle inbound calls from existing customers or clients, addressing their queries, providing information about products or services, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have.
# Generating leads through cold calling, warm calling, or following up on inquiries received through various channels such as website forms, emails.
# Recording details of calls, interactions, and transactions accurately in the company's database or CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
