Educational Qualification & Experience: We are seeking an experienced Product Head to lead business growth, oversee marketing strategies, and optimize cost-effective production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in steel structure manufacturing, expertise in BOM creation, process improvements, and cost optimization, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to the marketing and sales teams. Responsibilities include business development, financial performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Product Management with 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or business development is required. Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM tools, and sustainability practices is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in administrative or office management roles, and should be from a Construction based industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing administrative policies, managing office equipment and supplies, overseeing company vehicles and fuel consumption, budget management, and driving departmental performance through effective KPIs. Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
